Classic french cast iron producer Staub's range of cocottes can be used not only in the kitchen, but also as tableware. All Staub coloured or matt black finish products are enamelled with 2 or 3 coatings, inside and out, and are fired at 800°C for 30 minutes after coating to ensure durability. Better than any other material, cast iron retains and evenly diffuses heat. Staub products can be used on all types of heat sources, including induction
