John is our Projects Design Manager and is there to make sure your project runs as smoothly as possible. John has over 27 years experience in the Catering Equipment industry and has worked on high profile jobs in the private and public sectors; Projects include:
Paul is our Project Sales Manager who will discuss your needs and develop a design and solution that fits the brief. Paul will also oversee the project from design through to installation, ensuring you have a single point of contact throughout the process.
Paul has over 20 years' of experience in the Catering Equipment industry and has worked on projects from Michelin starred restaurants to local street deli's.
Lucy is our Project Designer and Furniture Co-ordinator who has a creative flair for anything design related. Having studied Interior, Product and Furniture Design at College, moving on to being awarded a BA Honours degree in Interior Architecture and Design. She has the ability to design full scheme layouts using the latest CAD technology and rendering software.
Due to the increased demand for our Projects and Design service, Craig joined Crosbys in August 2015 as our Projects and Technical Designer. Give Craig a space and a menu and he can create a whole kitchen design around it. Craig has over 10 years’ experience in the catering industry working on a wide variety of projects from smalls cafes and bars through to large department stores and Michelin starred restaurants. In addition to design and estimating, Craig has also started to assist John and Paul with some elements of project management.

In 2017, Livi joined the Project Team at Crosbys due to increasing demand. She was shortlisted as a rising star for CEDA awards back in 2016 and listed as one of the powerlist on Catering Insight. She was awarded BA Hons of Interior Design and started working for the Swedish furniture giant IKEA as an Interior Designer. After four years working in retail, she decided to take a leap in the commercial kitchen industry and joined Gateshead based catering equipment company where she worked briefly with Craig and Paul. Now they are reunited - she looks forward to working with the new (old!) team and taking on new challenges.
